RIMOT is a service of Sehic Group, a Swiss entity providing premium home and building automation in Switzerland and selected international markets.

For all legal, billing, or compliance enquiries, write to legal@rimot.global.

We collect only what is needed to run our service: your name, contact details, project information, and the technical data you share with us during installation and remote support.

We never sell your data. We share it only with the parties strictly required to deliver our service (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processors), under contracts that bind them to the same level of confidentiality we apply ourselves.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email privacy@rimot.global and we'll act within 30 days.

Each RIMOT project is governed by a written agreement signed at the start of engagement. That agreement covers scope, pricing, warranty, remote support, and liability — and supersedes any marketing claim made on this website.

A copy is provided to every client before work begins. To request a sample, write to legal@rimot.global.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from this site or our services will be settled in the courts of the canton where Sehic Group is registered.
