Pool and spa become a connected system, not isolated controllers. Heating coordinates with the home’s heat pump for thermal recovery; filtration cycles, water-quality sensors (pH, chlorine, ORP) and pool-cover automation respond to weather, time of day and presence.

Underwater RGB lighting is driven via DMX with named scenes — warm amber for poolside dinner, dynamic gradients for evening events, calm white for default — coordinated with the interior lighting framework so the inside-outside transition feels seamless.

Irrigation that thinks, not a blind timer. Differentiated zones — drip for planters, sprinklers for the lawn, micro-irrigation for citrus and gardens — are watered based on soil-moisture sensors and the 48-hour weather forecast. The system skips the cycle if rain is expected, saving 30 to 60 percent of water versus traditional setups.

Vehicle and pedestrian gates, garage door, video intercom and architectural landscape lighting are governed as a single perimeter layer. Gates open on smartphone geofence approach or recognized number plate; the front-door video intercom can be answered from any interior touch panel or smartphone, with automatic visitor recording.

Architectural lighting — facade uplights, pathway markers, tree accents — follows DALI and DMX scenes that mirror the interior mood. Bioclimatic pergolas adapt their louver tilt to track the sun and retract on high wind.
