RIMOT does not install the AV chain — that is your AV integrator’s domain, with Control4 or Crestron handling sources, distribution and projector. RIMOT builds the architectural scene around it: lighting, shading, climate and audio that respond as one.

Cinema Scene
One tap on the keypad and the room transforms in a single coordinated motion. Architectural lighting dims to a warm five percent via DALI; motorized blinds and curtains close on a synchronised timeline; the projector starts and the screen drops; the climate eases to a slightly cooler preset — the projector and the bodies will warm it back up — and Do Not Disturb activates across the home.
When the credits roll, the reverse sequence restores ambient lighting at a calm pace. No jarring lights-up snap.

KNX × Control4 Orchestration
Architectural automation lives in KNX; AV automation lives in Control4 (or Crestron, in equivalent projects). The bridge between the two worlds means every cinema interaction is a single intent — Movie Night, Concert Mode, Sport Afternoon — rather than a sequence of remotes.
Source switching, audio routing and projector control remain in the AV system’s domain. KNX brings them under the same gesture as the rest of the home.
